Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the Miles On It Tour. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when merchandise orders are processed and delivered. Event tickets are fulfilled electronically through AXS and are not shipped from our store.

Event Tickets

All admission tickets, vehicle entries, driver programs, parking passes, and camping passes are delivered digitally through AXS. You will receive your confirmation and ticket delivery details directly from AXS via email. No physical tickets are shipped by Miles On It Tour.

Merchandise Shipping

Orders for official Miles On It Tour merchandise are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, including new product releases or event dates.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes depend on carrier service, destination, and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Pre-Order Items

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. Pre-order items will ship once available, and any additional items in the same order may ship separately.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items.
  • We do not ship event tickets—tickets are fulfilled digitally by AXS.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Miles On It Tour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered processing or has shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
