This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for both Miles On It Tour event tickets and merchandise purchased through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Event Tickets
All admission tickets, show vehicle entries, driver program entries, parking passes, and camping passes are sold and fulfilled exclusively through AXS. Miles On It Tour and IGNYTD Events LLC do not directly process ticket refunds.
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered for tickets unless explicitly permitted by AXS.
- If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, AXS will provide instructions regarding your options.
- Refund eligibility is determined solely by AXS policy.

Merchandise Refunds
Merchandise orders placed through the Miles On It Tour online store may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.
Eligibility
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items, promotional items, and limited-release drops are non-refundable.

- Event tickets (handled by AXS)
- Final sale merchandise
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges for apparel sizing issues if the requested size is in stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Shipping Costs
